1. Who we are Signature Conveyancing is a trading name of Tim Hare, providing conveyancing services as an agent for multiple law firms authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The SRA-regulated partner firm responsible for your matter will be confirmed in your client care documents, and that firm retains regulatory responsibility for the legal services provided.
2. What personal data we collect We may collect the following personal data: Your name and contact details (email, phone, address). Information about a property you are buying or selling. Information required to provide a conveyancing quote or respond to your enquiry. Any additional information you choose to provide when contacting us.
3. How we use your data We use your personal data to: Provide you with a conveyancing quote. Communicate with you about your enquiry or matter. Allocate your matter to an appropriate SRA-regulated partner law firm. Pass your information to the partner law firm responsible for providing and supervising the regulated legal work on your file.
